A federal election has now been called for April 28, 2025. Although the Canadian Union of Postal Workers does not endorse any party, we will be putting pressure on candidates from all parties to commit to defending our public post office and good stable jobs.
This election comes at a critical time for our Union as we fight for the future of our public post office. We can make it an election issue by talking about it to our friends and families, at labour councils, on the doorstep with candidates, at town halls and at candidates’ meetings.
We know this election will be exceptionally close. It may come down to a handful of votes. Your vote will matter.
We are 55000 strong and we have the power to make our votes count at the polls – especially in tight races.
Make your voices heard at the ballot box and vote!
In Solidarity!
